I had DOS until Windows XP! I had DOS back in the 80s and continued with it until I upgraded to a new computer with XP SP2. Yes, I had it THAT long, and all I did was play floppy disk computer games on it.
I even remember having a full fledged game of Monopoly on it that I would play for hours. (Pretty accurate with the rules, actually.) I even had stuff like Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Craps, even Blackjack. (Yes, I knew how to play gambling games at the age of 10.) I even had a slow as **** chess game on there. Yeah, on even the easiest levels, it took forever for the computer to make a move. Oh, and it even had SimCity. Lots of fun to play.

It even had some nice programs on it. We even used it to make our own black and white banners and Birthday cards. Saved us quite a bit of cash. There was even a nice office program we used for making countless original school reports, without ANY need of copy & pasting a website like SO many lazy kids do today.
Oh, and I can't forget that printer that made a lot of noise as it printed out your project and had that special paper that was attached the whole way through.

And now I miss it. -_-
Thanks a lot for bringing back old memories.
