Aye that's right, I have been in diabetic coma a couple of times, but I never ever had such a thing as an "out of body experience" (seeing yourself floating above the own body or the like). By the definition that a cyborg is someone whose body functions are maintained, supported, or enhanced by technical devices attached to the body I am a cyborg through my insuline pump (in fact the case of diabetics with insuline pumps is specifically mentioned in the wikipedia article about cyborgs). As for that lethal circle of a acquaintances of mine, I have contacted a number of WW2 fighter pilots for historical studies and corresponded with them to ask them about it. Together they would have in all likelihood by far surpassed the number of thousand people killed
