One of 2004s relatively active users, Cera also has the distinguished accomplishments of being named exactly after one of the main characters, being banned, and apparently stealing Arvens chrstmas hat. And now she's 19! Happy birthday!

She's long gone from any boards I know of even ones she was never banned from, that's why I think she matured and moved on.

Congradulating a banned member's birthday seems a bit unusual. And with this time that has passed the person may have matured, or just moved on to other interests.

I don't know. It doesn't sound someone like that could become mature enough to see that what they were doing was immature and just stop. I think something else might have happened like she lost internet access or something.
