Main reason is because this sin was the remaining one. The same with Chomper's anger. Both these sins don't fit characters, at least for this moment. But I can see how Chomper can have a problems with anger when he grows up, and Ruby uses her beauty as one of ulterior methods to make others to do what she wants.
